"Mr. Appliance of Middlesex and Somerset will have the personal touch of a locally owned operation," James said. "The technology and systems in place at Mr. Appliance will help us deliver faster, more reliable service."
Before the Martin's purchased a Mr. Appliance franchise, James worked in the appliance repair industry for more than 10 years. From sales to service, James has experience with all types of appliance home repair. The Martin's are excited to generate business for their community, as well as provide great service to their customers.
"We follow a professional system at Mr. Appliance. Our service professionals wear shoe covers inside homes and use a menu pricing guide so there are no surprises," said Doug Rogers, president of Mr. Appliance Corp. "We're delighted that James and Amanda have joined us, and we believe their business will be successful because we all operate under the same core values."
Upon purchasing the business, the Martin's attended a five-day training course on the latest technology and customer service techniques.
"When we started researching for our own business, we wanted something that would give us the opportunity to capitalize on my mechanical and problem solving skills," James said. "When we found Mr. Appliance, we knew it was the right business for us."
Mr. Appliance of Middlesex and Somerset serves Mercer, Middlesex and Somerset counties.
