New for 2012, My Receptionist is streamlining the way we handle client support. We call it My Support.
Going forward, the My Support team will be handling all support calls and emails as well as account updates, which means the representative you speak with first will be able to assist you immediately.

The My Support team is available from 7am to 6pm (CST). After-hours inquiries will be able to leave a message with our receptionists - which we will respond to as soon as possible.
