My Receptionist rolls out My Stars employee development program

EAU CLAIRE, WISC., January 21, 2011-My Receptionist announces the launch of its new employee recognition and development program, My Stars.

My Stars is a program aimed at providing up and coming leaders with opportunities for growth and development through added responsibilities that allow their skills and talents to be showcased. Those who display initiative, motivation and drive will be matched with opportunities including project management, mentoring and developing company initiatives.

In order to qualify for the My Stars program, receptionists must meet certain performance criteria and demonstrate an above-average level of leadership, creativity, ownership, decision-making skills and positive attitude.
