ATLANTA, GA - April 24, 2012 -- Her Game Life LLC announces the launch of HerGameLife.com its go to website for female fans of the National Football League (NFL).  The site will satiate the underserved masses of women who are discerning consumers of all things NFL.  With HerGameLife.com rushing prolific and original content, like team news, top ten lists, countdowns, essays, recipes, retail and more to women’s fingertips, female NFL fans are sure to enjoy the 2012 season like no other.

The ambition behind Her Game Life LLC reflects the voracious appetite among female NFL followers, as well as a sophistication rivaling that of their male counterparts.  At HerGameLife.com, women will indulge in everything from the latest NFL news, to recipes for tailgates and hard-to-find apparel. Furthermore, Her Game Life’s “for women by women” approach promotes a community of contributors who are invested in its success and who represent the highly coveted 18 to 49-year-old demographic. 

“As a life-long NFL fan, I’m familiar with all of the traditional sources for NFL news and information because I read them daily,” says co-founder Nikki Sickles. “We crave a community where women are talking about football and where our valuable insights and passion for the NFL are on display.”

Co-founder Shamika Lee adds, “We couldn’t have anticipated the outpouring of interest we’ve received from women who want to write for HerGameLife.com.  It’s been so overwhelming, that we’ve had to turn some away.  The enthusiastic response and the level of NFL knowledge among the women we’ve recruited are remarkable.”

About the Founders:

Her Game Life LLC began as trash talking text messages between native New Yorkers, Nikki Sickles and Shamika Lee.  Despite growing up in the Big Apple, both ladies are avid fans of other teams in the NFC East.  At least twice a year, Sickles (a Dallas Cowboys fan) and Lee (a Philadelphia Eagles fan) would put aside their friendship and represent their teams.  At the end of the 2011 season, the women found themselves with plenty of time on their hands when their teams went home early.  They started Her Game Life to answer the question “Are there other serious female NFL fans in America?” The answer was clear. Sickles and Lee haven’t looked back.  Sickles has a B.A. in Economics from Stanford University and an MBA from Columbia Business School.  Lee has a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
