The framework will include up to two marketing agencies, working over a four-year period, with a budget of between £140,000 and £200,000.
The appointed agencies will be tasked with the delivery of `clear, consistent and engaging messages' throughout the organisations corporate and communications materials.
This will extend to working with partner organisations such as Scottish Development International and Skills Development International.
The framework will run across to single supplier frameworks, with Lot 1 for Corporate Copywriting and Lot 2 for Customer Copywriting.
This will include providing copy for corporate communications and marketing material, key industry articles, corporate adverts/brochures, exhibition panels and more.
Those appointed will form part of a multi-agency team for customer marketing and campaign related activity, including working alongside other framework marketing, digital and design agencies.
