Steffee, who was honored at the chapter's annual meeting on May 12, received the award for outstanding service and demonstrated contributions to the chapter and PICPA through active participation in volunteer opportunities. Steffee is co-chair of the Personal Financial Planning Committee for the South Central Chapter, and is an active member of PICPA's CPA Image Enhancement Committee and South Central Chapter Executive Committee. Steffee is also active in his local community. He is a member of the board of directors for the Central Pennsylvania Youth Ballet and is a member of several religious committees with St. John's Episcopal.
"I'm having more fun than CPAs should be allowed to have," Steffee remarked.
Steffee, a graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania, is a shareholder with Pfister and Rompalo PC in Wormleysburg.
