Kidd is director of financial services for St. Benedict Education Center and an adjunct professor at Gannon University. She has been involved in several Erie and state-level PICPA committees, including Business and Industry, CPA Image Enhancement, Speakers Bureau, Cooperation with the Bar, and the Erie Chapter Executive Committee. In addition to her volunteer service with PICPA, Kidd is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Institute of Management Accountants, and is a PIAA swimming and diving official and a college swimming and diving official. Kidd is a graduate of Edinboro University, and received her MBA from Gannon University.

President-Elect: Laurence J. Mroz, CPA, is the associate director of development in the office of development and alumni relations at Penn State Erie, Behrend College. In addition to his volunteer service with PICPA, Mroz serves as director of the Sarah Reed Children's Center and is involved with the United Way of Erie County and the Delta Sigma Pi Leadership Foundation. Mroz, an Erie resident, holds a bachelor's degree from Pennsylvania State University, Erie Campus.
Secretary: Peter M. Eaglen, CPA, is a principal and director of accounting and auditing with Schaffner, Knight, Minnaugh & Company PC in Erie. He has served as Erie Chapter treasurer, and is involved with the Kanzius Cancer Research Foundation. Eaglen, a graduate of Mercyhurst College, resides in Erie.
Treasurer: Martha S. Stanek, CPA, is a supervisor with K2S in Erie. She is a member and former chair of Erie Chapter's Lifestyles and Family Issues Committee and a former chair of the chapter's Member Services Committee. Stanek, an Erie resident, is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University.
