PRESS RELEASE: Greensburg Resident Wins Service Award from Pa. Nonprofit

GREENSBURG, Pa. - Nazzi Zola, a certified public accountant, received a Volunteer Service Award from the Southwestern Chapter of the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA).

Zola, who was honored at the chapter's annual meeting on May 12, received the award for outstanding service and demonstrated contributions to the chapter and PICPA through active participation in volunteer opportunities. For PICPA, he is a former president of the Southwestern Chapter and has chaired or participated in many chapter committees, including the CPA Image Enhancement Committee, the Executive Committee, and the Speakers Bureau. Zola is also an active member in his community, having been a Grand Knight of the Knights of Columbus; a member of the finance council, usher, and lector at Blessed Sacrament Cathedral; and a board member of the Bethlehem Project.

Zola is an advisor to assistant controller at First Energy in Greensburg, Pa.
