Jazwinski is founder and president of JFS Wealth Advisors LLC in Hermitage. He is a former chair of PICPA's Investment Task Force. He currently is a member of the Pennsylvania CPA Journal Editorial Board, the State Steering Committee, and the Education Committee. In addition to his service with PICPA, Jazwinski is a former chair of the personal financial specialist (PFS) credential committee of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
"I'm looking forward to working with the elected leadership as well as the PICPA team to further the mission of our CPA membership organization," said Jazwinski. "CPAs have a unique perspective on many issues facing society today, and our collective and organized efforts are needed."
Jazwinski received a bachelor's degree from Westminster College and a master's degree from Youngstown State University.
The other officers elected were Cheri H. Freeh, president (Hellertown, Pa.); Robert F. Firely Jr., vice president (Sinking Spring, Pa.); Lisa A. Myers, vice president (Camp Hill, Pa.); and Julius C. Green, treasurer (Philadelphia).
