Brown is the owner of William L. Brown, CPA Tax Services. He is currently a member of the Executive Committee and the Relations with Schools and Colleges Committee for the Northwestern Chapter. Brown previously served on the Act 32 Tax Collection Task Force and CPA Image Enhancement Committee. In addition to his service with PICPA, Brown is an officer of the Lawrence County Tax Commission Committee, plays in a musical group, and is a former member of the Shenango Area School Board. Brown received his bachelor's degree from Youngstown State University.
