GREENSBURG, Pa. - Rachel Fritz, certified public accountant, was elected president of the Southwestern Chapter of the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA) for the 2011-2012 fiscal year.
Fritz is an accountant with the Westmoreland County Housing Authority in Greensburg. She is a member of the Emerging CPAs and the Relations with Schools and Colleges committees. She is also treasurer for Central Westmoreland Habitat for Humanity. She is a graduate of Saint Vincent College.

President-Elect: G. Scott Yates, CPA, is an accountant at Clay and Gasconie LLC in Indiana, Pa. He previously served on PICPA's Executive Committee for the Southwestern Chapter. The Johnstown, Pa., resident is a graduate of Pittsburgh University at Johnstown.
Secretary/Treasurer: William R. Unger, CPA, is a finance manager with Siemens Industry Inc. in Canonsburg, Pa. He is a member of the East Hempfield Lions Club. The Greensburg resident received his bachelor's degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and his master's degree from Waynesburg University.
