Maginnis is managing partner for KPMG’s Philadelphia office. In addition to his position on PICPA’s Council Maginnis is a member of the PICPA’s State Steering Committee, the CPA-PAC, and the Legislation Committee. He is also a member of the executive committee of the board of directors of The Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce, a trustee at Saint Joseph’s Preparatory School, and a member of the board of trustees of Gwynedd Mercy College.

Maginnis, a Sewell, N.J., resident, holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Saint Joseph’s University.
