Jeff Andretich, Lauren McGrail, and Craig Jaffe will be responsible for guiding PerfectServe’s hospital clients through the deployment process of the company’s intelligent communications system, which eliminates hospital errors and enables nurses and doctors to better coordinate care.
Craig Jaffe joins PerfectServe from Advocate Healthcare, where he was an operations improvement consultant. Jaffe applied lean methodologies to improve processes in areas such as pre-surgical testing and care management in the emergency department. Jaffe has also worked as an administrative fellow for Emory Healthcare and an intern for Northwestern Medical Faculty Foundation. He is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives and the Chicago Healthcare Executive Forum. Jaffe has a bachelor’s degree in molecular and cellular biology from the University of Illinois and a master’s degree in health systems management from Rush University.
Jeff Andretich joins PerfectServe from Accretive Health, which provides revenue-cycle management services to healthcare providers. Andretich served as an operations leader in Accretive Health’s Midwest region and helped enact improvements in quality, cost, and physician productivity at client sites. He also worked as a policy analyst intern for Loyola University Medical Center, where he assisted its meaningful use committee in documenting the facility’s eligibility and compliance. Andretich graduated from Purdue University and received a master’s degree in public health from Loyola University.
Lauren McGrail also comes to PerfectServe as a former operations leader at Accretive Health. McGrail managed various projects, developed training programs, and specialized in integrating Accretive’s solutions with multiple electronic medical record systems. Prior to her position at Accretive, McGrail was an appeals analyst for Palmetto GBA, a subsidiary of Blue Cross. She also held internships at Ohio Health’s Grady Memorial campus and Nationwide Children’s Close to Home Clinic in Westerville, Ohio. She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in management from Indiana University.
