The survey asks questions that cover the entire process of choosing a puppy from the organization. Starting with the customer's first interaction with their puppy counselor through the customer's reaction when they receive their puppy, each step is rated from one to five paws. Over 90% of the purebred breeders llc reviews were 4 paws or better for the entire process. The survey also gives customers the opportunity to communicate feedback about their experience or offer thoughts on what would have improved their experience with Purebred Breeders.
