Area resident Chris Walters came back home from an Indianapolis trip with more than fond memories; he also returned with the Rainbow International Service Professional of the Year Award and praise from scores of friends and business associates.
The Service Professional of the Year Award is presented to a person nominated in writing by their franchise owner and selected by the home office staff based on their performance during the award year. The winner must also have a history of consistently high sales and add-on percentage and demonstrate a high degree of technical expertise and customer satisfaction.
The award was presented at The Dwyer Group® Annual Reunion in Indianapolis, Indiana. Reunion is a festive event where the 7 brands under The Dwyer Group come together annually for updates, inspirational speakers, informative business-specific classes and, most importantly, fellowship amongst the thousands of gifted and dedicated individuals that own and operate their own franchise.
