On Thursday, March 22, 2012, Reilly, Penner & Benton LLP, along with PNC Bank and alinea,llc, will present “Committee Inspiration, Direction, and Support.”

The seminar will help nonprofit Executive Directors effectively manage their board and committee members. Attendees will have the opportunity to see samples of planning documents, governance models, and consent agenda tools.
