Essex Junction, VT, USA - Max Michel, champion shooter for Revision, not only brought home the Open Division title, but also the Overall Title at this past weekend's 2011 United States Practical Shooting Association (USPSA) Area 3 Championship, held at the Heartland Public Shooting Park in Grand Island, NE August 11th - 14th, 2011. Approximately 300 shooters competed for the coveted Overall Title, but Michel outshot them all with a score of 1768.8029 match points and 11 outright stage wins. "I can always count on the USPSA Area 3 Championship to be a fun and very challenging match," commented Michel. "This year I had three stages that were a little shaky but my other 11 stages went very well. I'm very proud to have won first place overall, but there is no rest for the weary with the Steel Challenge coming up this week."

Michel will next be competing in the Steel Challenge World Speed Shooting Championships, held in Piru, California August 18-21, 2011.
