Working late nights, weekends and holidays showing properties and closing deals on multi-million dollar estates, 10 agents at Signature Sotheby's International Realty finished 2011 with significant sales and the distinct honor of being recognized as the top 10 producing agents for the luxury international real estate brokerage firm.

On January 31, 2012, Judy Green, President and CEO of Signature Sotheby’s International Realty, formally recognized the agents for their outstanding performance in Sarasota, Manatee and Charlotte counties, and for helping to further position the luxury real estate brokerage firm as the dominant leader in the Southwest Florida market.

The dynamic Bradway Price Team, comprised of Richard Bradway and Bonnie Price, took the honor of "Top Sales Team." With more than 40 years of experience in luxury real estate and a niche in the Venice market, the two partners closed more than $20 million in sales last year.

Terry Hayes was also honored with the "Top Sales Associate" designation, achieving sales of more than $19 million in 2011. Hayes is a 22-year industry veteran who specializes in the Anna Maria Island real estate market.

As Southwest Florida’s leading luxury firm, Signature and Premier Sotheby’s International Realty, which became one company headed by Judy Green in November 2010, had sales in excess of $1.73 billion in 2011. The firm saw a 18 percent increase in sales in Sarasota and Manatee counties year over year.
