Chaitin's real estate experience is diverse and includes not only award-winning PR work, but also deep experience in sustainability efforts, regulatory processes and government affairs. In one of his most prominent projects he helped a developer nearly sell out Seattle's first LEED certified condominium towers ever built in the city - just as the economic downturn began - by educating buyers on the deep benefits of a sustainable lifestyle.
"Josh has done more real estate and sustainable communications work than most anyone else in the city. His experience along with his eagerness to drive results is quite remarkable," said Pat Fearey, founder and CEO of The Fearey Group. "We searched a long time to find the best of the best. Josh has spent his entire career in sustainability, real estate and development, and is a natural fit for our agency."
Chaitin has conducted corporate social responsibility programs for some of Seattle's most recognized organizations. He has also worked in the environmental field in the public, non-profit and private sectors. He spent some time at King County where he managed the Technical Assistance and Pollution Prevention Team, helped small businesses throughout the region implement practices to significantly reduce their environmental footprint, and has worked with several leading Northwest companies to promote and grow their social and environmental stewardship efforts.
"I am very proud to be joining a firm with such an impressive history, reputation and first-rate capabilities," said Chaitin.
In addition to providing leadership for key clients at the firm, Chaitin will also join the company's Executive Team.
