"Only Time Warner Cable brings you statewide games throughout the season right through the playoffs and championship game on December 3," says Jason Lockhart, Carolina On Demand manager. "From instant replays to colorful commentary, you won't miss a single play."
The games will be recorded live and available for playback the next day on Carolina On Demand, Channel 199 or 1047. Digital cable customers can watch the games on Carolina On Demand free of charge at a time that is convenient for them.
In order to insure the best matchups, a decision on which local games to carry will be made about a week in advance. The Game of the Week will be announced on Tuesday nights on News 14 Carolina's Sports Night, North Carolina's only half-hour sports show live every night at 10pm. A total of 28 games from the season will be featured.
The first few weeks of games are set:
August 19 Butler (Matthews) @ Mallard Creek (Charlotte)
August 26 Dudley (Greensboro) @ Ragsdale (Jamestown) Havelock @ New Bern
Southern Durham at Jack Britt (Fayetteville)
Richmond (Rockingham) @ Anson (Wadesboro)
Middle Creek (Cary) at Garner
In addition to coverage on Carolina On Demand, Time Warner Cable will also feature game highlights and behind the scenes interviews on Carolina On Demand's Facebook page.
