The play-by-play announcers for the games are Chris Sedenka and Rick Simonds. The games will be shown live from the Portland Expo on channel 9 in Maine and channel 21 in New Hampshire as part of Time Warner Cable's commitment to bringing customers unique, local sports programming. Time Warner Cable is Maine's largest provider of cable TV and broadband services.
"We aired eight home games last year as part of the Red Claws' inaugural season, and they were a huge hit with our customers," said Todd LaSalle, Time Warner Cable's director of programming for Maine and New Hampshire. "This year we'll be showing nine live games as a result of our partnership with the Red Claws and NBA's D-League. We're thrilled to bring the Red Claws back to the living rooms of our cable TV customers."
"We are happy to have Red Claws games available on Time Warner Cable again this season," said Red Claws President and General Manager Jon Jennings. "We conducted basketball clinics across the state this past summer, and I can't tell you the number of people from Kittery to Houlton who came up to us and said they had watched the Red Claws on TV last season. If you don't have the chance to catch a game in person, it is the next best way to experience the Red Claws."
