Time Warner Cable Business Class today announced the launch of Wideband Internet for businesses across Maine and New Hampshire.
With speeds up to 50 megabits per second (Mbps) downstream and 5 Mbps upstream, Wideband Internet is designed to meet the demands of today’s small and mid-sized business, where employees are multitasking online, streaming video conferences from remote locations, and uploading large files.
“Wideband Internet from Time Warner Cable Business Class will change the way businesses use the Internet,” said Maureen Link, regional vice president of marketing, Time Warner Cable Business Class, East Region. “The faster speeds will increase employees’ productivity by giving them more speed and lag-free multitasking so they can get more out of their time online. We continue to invest in our network to boost speeds and deliver more value for our customers.”
Delivered over Time Warner Cable’s high-capacity fiber network, Wideband Internet extends the reach and quality of businesses’ networks and easily links business locations. Wideband Internet gives consumers the ability to combine additional services such as Phone, Digital Cable TV and Managed Security. For customers with even greater Internet and Ethernet demands, Time Warner Cable Business Class also offers advanced speeds up to 1 gigabit via dedicated fiber-optic solutions.
