Time Warner Cable will distribute free antennas to Corpus Christi customers in order for them to watch Sunday’s big football game. The antennas will be available at the retail center located at 4001 Saratoga on Thursday, Feb. 2, 2012. Along with being able to pick up an antenna, customers will learn how to connect it to their television sets and how to stream NBC content through a computer.
Since December, Cordillera Communications, parent company of KRIS, KAJA and KDF in Corpus Christi, has prevented Time Warner Cable customers from watching their stations while a retransmission consent agreement is reached.
