Soldier Field's Easter Egg Hunt Extravaganza will be held on March 31st.

(TRAVPR.COM) US - March 29th, 2012 - Chicago's famous Soldier Field along with Dominick's Grocery stores are celebrating spring by welcoming families to their 9th annual Spring Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday, March 31st. This Easter egg and candy hunt is the biggest the city has to offer and sure to please everyone attending as they search across the stadium field for their Easter treasures.

The Soldier Field stadium will be opening at 9:00am, welcoming kids of all ages who will be entertained with an assortment of family friendly things to do like exciting inflatables, face painters, balloon artists and much more. Families attending the event on vacation will find an abundance of cheap hotels in Chicago that will make it an affordable visit.

The actual Easter egg hunt will start at 10:00am as the initial group of children rushes out on the field to hunt for all the goodies. The first 2,000 children to take part in the candy grab will be given a commemorative wooden egg created by a local Chicago youngster taking part in the city's open art contest.
