In Italy, the VNC works specifically with ZenithOptimedia, Starcom and MediaVest.
In her new role, Buluggiu will have direct responsibility for the evolution and on-going product development of the VNC offering in the Italian market. The VNC team is a global team and Buluggiu will work closely with the extensive resources based in UK and US.

Sara has vast experience in the digital arena having carved out a successful career spanning over 13 years in the online advertising industry. Prior to joining Starcom, she was Media Manager at Vizeum where she was responsible for the media strategy and planning across all clients including Peugeot, Dell and various domestic clients. Prior to this, Sara worked at Isobar as Media Supervisor and was responsible for performance and branding campaigns in automotive, beauty and technology clients
Sara moved to Starcom in 2010 and has worked across multiple clients including Procter & Gamble, The Coca Cola Company, Samsung, ABInbev and Honda.
