[TAMPA, FL] – Just in time for the summer, Beef ‘O’ Brady’s will spice up the food forecast on April 30, 2012 with the launch of three new entrees—chicken, steak and combo fajitas.  This ‘fresh’ menu rollout will be implemented system-wide, and prices start at a wallet-friendly $10.99

The new sizzling hot plates will be available for both lunch and dinner and are served with warm flour tortillas, Beef’s signature salsa, cheddar and Monterey jack cheeses, sour cream and the option to add gourmet guacamole or seasoned rice.  The new menu items will include:

  • Chicken Fajitas:  Tender marinated chicken grilled with juicy peppers and onions served on a sizzling hot plate.
  • Steak Fajitas:  Beef’s top-selling seasoned Angus Skirt Steak grilled with juicy peppers and onions served on a hot skillet.
  • Combo (Chicken & Steak) Fajitas:  Seasoned Angus Skirt Steak and marinated chicken grilled with juicy peppers and onions served on a sizzling skillet.

Giving new flare to chicken and steak, Beef ‘O’ Brady’s is meeting consumer demand while reaching a broader audience as it continues to evolve with the constantly changing tastes and trends of consumers. The restaurant and sports pub franchise heard its customers loud and clear and recognized the potential in adding the fajitas to its already diverse menu.
