10 a.m. Pacific--SEATTLE--The 30-year fixed mortgage rate on Zillow Mortgage Marketplace is currently 4.38 percent, down 10 basis points from 4.48 percent at this same time last week. The 30-year fixed mortgage rate peaked at 4.51 percent on Friday, and then hovered near 4.4 percent for the remainder of the week.

The rate for a 15-year fixed home loan is currently 3.53 percent, while the rate for a 5-1 adjustable-rate mortgage (ARM) is 2.78 percent.
