Wyoming Contractors Association receives major safety award

For the second year in a row, the Wyoming Contractors Association has been honored with a top safety achievement award from the Associated General Contractors of America. “We are honored to once again be recognized by the Associated General Contractors of America with this significant award,” said WCA Executive Director Katie Legerski. “This outstanding achievement demonstrates our member companies’ strong commitment to safety excellence. A core value for each and every one of our members is creating and sustaining a culture of safety in the workplace and ensuring each and every one of their employees goes home at night safe,” she continued. WCA competed against similar-sized AGC chapters of over 200 members from across the country and received third place in the National Safety Awards Program for 2015. The association also won the award for 2014. The Wyoming Contractors Association, established in 1932, is a trade association with 219 member companies. *Feature Image: h/t WYDOT* #bootstrapped #news
