Led by Culinary Director Po Wang, Bōru will open in mid-December in the current Summit Waldo location
KANSAS CITY, Mo. (Oct. 13, 2016) – Longtime restaurateurs, Andy Lock and Domhnall Molloy, officially announce the name of the new ramen concept opening in Waldo. Bōru Ramen Bar is the official name of the new concept from the owners of Summit Grill and Bar and Third Street Social.
After a couple of successful months testing ramen nights at Summit Waldo, Lock and Molloy decided to open up their own ramen concept. Lock and Molloy searched for the perfect space for their new concept, and ended up finding it right under their feet. Bōru will open in the current Summit Waldo location in mid-December, after Summit Waldo expands to the former 75th Street Brewery space in mid-November.
The ramen recipes created by Culinary Director Po Wang will incorporate authentic Japanese noodles among an array of fresh ingredients.
