Storm to bring 5 - 9 inches of snow to the mountains tonight

*Pitchengine Communities Photo* (Jackson, Wyo.) - The National Weather Service Riverton issued a Winter Weather Advisory today for snow across western Wyoming from now through 8 a.m. Tuesday. A Pacific trough and cold front will bring snow to the western mountains and valleys with expected snowfall of 5 - 9 inches in the mountains above 7,500 feet and 2 -5 inches in the valleys below 7,500 feet of Lincoln and Teton counties and Yellowstone National Park. Roads are expected to be snowpacked and icy. Snow is expected tonight through Wednesday night in the area.
