Town Council to discuss winter dog park, adult entertainment business and more tonight

(Jackson, Wyo.) - The Town of Jackson Council will convene tonight for their regular meeting with a packed schedule. Among the lengthy agenda for tonight is the discussion and possible action on the winter dog park in the town. This has been a discussion for the council for months and if agreed upon tonight, then the fencing, signage and mutt mitt station will go up on the winter dog park. Read the background on this project here. During the meeting, town attorney Audrey Davis-Cohen will address the Adult Entertainment Business Regulation and Possible Moratorium. According to town documents, this will be "To determine what action the Town Council may take in order to re-evaluate the process and procedure for regulations concerning the operations of adult entertainment businesses within the Town of Jackson, including consideration of an emergency ordinance and temporary moratorium on acceptance or consideration of applications or licenses for such operations."
