Happening Today: Free day at the museum, ice castle making and more

(Jackson, Wyo.) - Here's What's happening today around town: *First Sundays at the National Museum of Wildlife Art:* Today is free day for locals at the National Museum of Wildlife Art. Screenings of ­­National Geographic America’s Endangered Species: Don’t Say Good-Bye will be at 11:30 a.m., 1 p.m., and 2:30 p.m.. Enjoy live music in the lobby by the Minor Keys from 11:30 a.m-1:30 p.m. *Ice Castle Making at the Jackson Hole Children's Museum:* Design and create your own ice castles out of recycled materials. While it lasts, we will also experiment with how ice melts. $8 or free with membership. *Short Interpretive Walks at the National Elk Refuge:* A winter naturalist will lead a short interpretive walk around the Jackson Hole & Greater Yellowstone Visitor Center and North Park lawns to explore the wildlife that lives beneath the snow as well as the predators that seek them out for food. Participants will also look for tracks and signs of other wildlife using the nearby wetlands. Reservations are not required, but warm layers and waterproof footwear are recommended. The easy walks are free and scheduled from 1:00 -2:00 pm. *Skating Club of Jackson Hole Event: *The Skating Club Of Jackson Hole is hosting a United States Figure Skating Association National Skating Month Event today from 2:15 to 3:15 p.m. They will host an hour of free introductory lessons, games, giveaways and extend an invitation to the entire community to come and skate for free as a family. *Live Music with the Stagecoach Band:* Tonight starting at 6 p.m., the World Famous Stagecoach Band “Church” Stagecoach Bar Style will perform great country music and dancing This band has played every Sunday for over 40 years. *Taize at St. John’s Episcopal Church*: From 7 -8 p.m. on Sunday, Taize is an all-inclusive sung and silent participatory prayer service designed to achieve a contemplative state through music, song and silence.
