Meet the first baby born in Jackson Hole in 2016

(Jackson, Wyo.) - John’s Medical Center announces the birth of the First Baby of the New Year, Emma Blake Gibson, who arrived at 5:25 p.m. on January 1, 2016. Baby Emma is the first child for parents Leah and Josh Gibson of Jackson. Delivered by obstetrician Maura Lofaro, MD, Emma weighed 7 lbs, 2 oz and measured 20 inches. The nurse for the labor and delivery was Emily Kritzler, RN. She was cared for at St. John’s by pediatrician Karin Klee, MD, and nurse Molly Hamilton, RN.
