Temps to rise, snow to fall this week

(Jackson, Wyo.) - Temperatures are predicted to rise above zero and snow is forecasted for much of the week, according to the National Weather Service Riverton office. A Special Weather Statement issued earlier this afternoon states that "snowfall will develop in the mountains this evening becoming more widespread over the mountains by early morning. Snowfall of 3 to 5 inches is expected through Tuesday above 8,500 feet. Snowfall in the lower elevations will be less widespread with 2 to 3 inches expected below 8,500 feet."
