Bridger-Teton National Forest announces new trail ambassadors

(Jackson, Wyo.) - Today, the Bridger-Teton National Forest and Friends of Pathways announced their new winter trail ambassadors. Volunteers Olivia, Paul, Mike and Al will help distribute information on the trails of Cache Creek, Game Creek, and Teton Pass. "They will be aiding our educational efforts by patrolling the trails while providing information about trail etiquette, wildlife protection, winter closure areas, dog owner responsibilities, and observing what is happening on the field," said Angelica Cacho, public affairs specialist for the Bridger-Teton National Forest. This program is a partnership effort between the Bridger-Teton National Forest and Friends of Pathways to improve trail experience for the public this winter. Watch for the volunteers on the trails wearing blue jackets and hats, and say thank you! *Feature Photo: Ambassadors (from left to right)Olivia, Paul, Mike and Al. h/t Bridger-Teton National Forest / Pitchengine Communities* #buckrail #news
