Wednesday Dispatch: Harass, residential burglary and theft

(Jackson, Wyo.) – Here is a recap of local dispatch and law enforcement activity from yesterday in the Town of Jackson and Teton County. All persons arrested or cited are presumed innocent until proven guilty. There were 58 calls to the area dispatch on Wednesday, January 20. *Crime Reports and Arrests * Harass: At 11:12 a.m. on Wednesday, The Jackson Police Department received a report of a man that keeps coming into a woman's workplace and asking her for a date. The woman repeatedly has said she is not interested and the man came back to woman's workplace and asked her to marry him. The Jackson Police warned the subject to stop contacting the woman. Residential Burglary: At 1:03 p.m. on Wednesday, the Jackson Police Department received a report that property was removed from a victim’s apartment. According to the Jackson PD, this case is under investigation. Theft: At 9:26 p.m. on Wednesday, a victim reported to the Jackson Police Department that she suspects someone removed money from her personal bank account. According to the Jackson PD, this case is under investigation. *Collisions * There were six auto collisions yesterday, including two hit and runs. *Other* Other dispatch reports included snow tow warnings, motorist assists, citizen assists, animal control calls, road hazards and lost and found property. #buckrail #news
