Another snowy weekend predicted for Jackson

(Jackson, Wyo.) - The National Weather Service is predicting another snowy weekend for Jackson and Teton Village. According to a Special Weather Statement issued this afternoon, "as a pacific low pressure trough approaches western Wyoming Saturday, snow showers are expected to develop Saturday afternoon in the mountains. Through Saturday night, snowfall is expected to become widespread with strong west to southwest winds causing areas of blowing snow." The forecast states that snowfall in the higher mountains of the west may reach 6 - 10 inches in Star Valley and Jackson Hole.
