TCSD student enrollment up almost 3% from last year

(Jackson, Wyo.) — The total number of students in the state of Wyoming has gone up, according to the Wyoming Department of Education. A total of 94,002 students were enrolled in K-12 Wyoming schools in the fall of the 2015-16 academic year. That is up from 93,303 in 2014-15. Of the 2015-16 students, 2,770 are from Teton County School District #1 (TCSD), making it the ninth largest school district in the state. Enrollment is up 2.94 percent from the 2014-2015 school year, which had 2,691 kids. For the full numbers, see Wyoming Department of Education data .
