County to review South Park Pathway design, Multi-Hazard Mitigation Plan and more at tomorrow's meeting

(Jackson, Wyo.) - Tomorrow morning at 9 a.m., the Teton County Board of County Commissioners will convene for their regular meeting. During the meeting, which has a packed agenda, county officials will consider adopting the Teton County Multi-Hazard Mitigation Plan, discuss using Homeland Security Grant Funds to purchase a bomb team suit and helmet for the Regional Emergency Response Team #8, consider the purchase of a Compact SUV for the Public Health Department, discuss a contract for LED lighting projects at the jail, administration building and courthouse. Additionally, Teton County Engineering will be presenting the 50 percent design and Study Phase Report for the South Park Loop Connector Pathway project . The South Park Loop Pathway is the 10-mile loop that circles South Park along US Highway 89 and South Park Loop county road, and just 1.9 miles of it remains to be completed. The meeting will provide elected officials and the public the opportunity to review and comment on the preliminary alignment for this 1.9-mile pathway proposed along South Park Loop between 3 Creek Ranch and Melody Ranch.
