(Jackson, Wyo.) - Do you ever wonder about your child's daycare health rating? What about the pool they play at? A new website reveals the health inspection history and violations of local restaurants, child care facilities, recreational water facilities, and tattoo and body art places. Launched last week by Teton County Public Health, the goal of the website is to the community to make informed decisions. "The website is part Teton County Public Health’s commitment to providing useful public information in a manner that is convenient to our citizens and visitors. We are often asked about grading systems; which can be difficult and time consuming to implement. This website gives people the ability to easily access information from inspections and make informed decisions based on this information," said Emily Freeland. MS, REHS, Environmental Health Specialist at Teton County Environmental Health. According to Freeland, restaurants are inspected one to two times per year, recreational water facilities are inspected every six months they are open, body art and tattoo places are inspected one time per year, and child care centers are inspected about every year (depending on the category of the center
