Jackson PD cites 4 restaurants for serving minors

(Jackson, Wyo.) - Yesterday, the Jackson Police Department conducted alcohol compliance checks on 30 local businesses, and four were cited with serving alcohol to a minor. According to Lieutenant Cole Nethercott of the Jackson PD, during the checks, an underage person attempts to purchase alcohol from an employee of a business with a liquor license. "Of those businesses checked, 26 businesses passed the checks by not selling to the minor," said Lieutenant Nethercott. "Four businesses failed." An employee at Pizza Antica failed an alcohol compliance check. As a result, a 21-year-old Jackson woman was charged with serving alcohol to a minor. An employee at Pica’s failed an alcohol compliance check and as a result, a 28-year-old Jackson man was charged with serving alcohol to a minor. An employee at The White Buffalo failed an alcohol compliance check and as a result, a 34-year-old Jackson man was charged with serving alcohol to a minor. An employee at Grand Teton Distillery failed an alcohol compliance check and as a result, a 24-year-old man from Victor, Idaho was charged with serving alcohol to a minor. #buckrail #news
