Miller Park Parking Lot Project construction begins again, expect local street closures

(Jackson, Wyo.) - The Miller Park Parking Lot Project will be starting back up again today, with installation of tree wells around the perimeter of the parking lot. According to the Town of Jackson, construction will continue with sidewalk installation, paver installation and paving over the coming month. Additionally, two new Electric Vehicle Charging Stations will be installed, providing charging for four vehicles at a time. Today, Deloney Avenue between Millward Street and Jackson Street will close to all vehicular traffic and remain closed until further notice. The parking lot will remain partially open with access from the Jackson Street entrance. Additional closure of on-street parking along Millward Street and Jackson Street along the perimeter of the project will close to parking and likely will remain closed for the duration of the project. “NO PARKING” signs have been placed on Jackson Street as well as within the parking lot for the spaces along Deloney Avenue. Construction of the Miller Park Parking Lot Project is expected to be completed prior to Memorial Day weekend. #buckrail #news
