Dispatch: 7 weekend arrests; Teen caught with marijuana

(Jackson, Wyo.) – Here is a recap of local dispatch and law enforcement activity from the weekend in the Town of Jackson and Teton County. All persons arrested or cited are presumed innocent until proven guilty. There were 121 calls to the area dispatch on Friday, April 15 - Sunday, April 17. *Arrests:* *Alan Robertson*, 60, Wilson, Driving Under the Influence (DUI). *Karee Jaeger*, 36, Jackson, DUI. *Valina Hristova*, 25, Jackson, DUI and Failure to Maintain Lane. *Donald Moore*, 55, Jackson, Intoxicated Pedestrian. *Tracie Westergard*, 43, Jackson, DUI and Child Endangerment. *Jeremy Terry*, 30, Jackson, Public Intoxication. *Robert Sanders*, 23, Jackson, Public Intoxication. *Calls:* On Friday and Saturday, JPD were called twice to an adult care facility for a report of an assault. A subject with dementia had struck another resident. No investigation was required, but the facility is required to report such incidents to police. At 4:19 p.m. on Saturday, a caller on North Glenwood reported a saw stolen from a construction site by an employee. It was later determined that the suspect had taken the saw for a personal project and intended to return it the next day. The case was resolved. At 6:06 p.m., a caller on the 200 block of East Simpson reported that two bicycles were stolen out of a shed and a snowboard was taken out of the back of a pick-up. Investigation is on-going. At 10:46 a.m. on Sunday, officers responded to a report of three juveniles who were suspected to possess marijuana on the 1200 block of South Park Loop Road. Upon contacting the subjects it was determined that one of them was in possession of marijuana and paraphernalia as well as cigarettes.
