Happy 4th of July! Here's where to celebrate

(Jackson, Wyo.) - Happy Independence Day Jackson Hole! Here are events happening around Jackson Hole, Alpine, Pinedale, Victor and Driggs: *4th of July Street Breakfast* Starting at 7 a.m., the JH Lions Club will host a 4th of July Street Breakfast. The community boosters will gather just off Town Square on Center Street for this annual tradition. Breakfast is $10 for adults, $5 for kids 4 to 8-years old, and free for kids three-years old and under. *Victor Mud Lake Challenge* This annual event will kick off at 7 a.m. at the Mud Lake Trailhead on July 4th. It is $10 per person and includes breakfast and a T-shirt.More information is available here. *4th of July 10K in Wilson* On Monday, July 4th starting at 8 a.m., is the annual 4th of July 10K Race to benefit Friends of Pathways. The course begins in front of the Wilson Community Center at Owen Bircher Park in Wilson and travels out and back on the flat to gently rolling terrain of Fish Creek Road. Walkers start at 7:45 a.m. and the gun sounds for runners at 8:00 a.m. *Jackson Fourth of July Parade* Starting at 10:30 a.m. on Town Square, The Fourth of July Parade is a Jackson Hole tradition featuring many community businesses, nonprofit organizations, government offices, politicians, individuals, musicians, friends, family, dogs, horses, classic cars, and more. The route travels down Snow King Avenue to Glenwood, turning on Broadway, and ending on Willow Street. Judging of the parade entries will take place as they pass the grandstand located on Town Square. *Victor July 4th Parade* The victor July 4th parade starts at 10:30 p.m. on Monday, July 4. Line up is on Elm Street at 9 a.m. Victor will also have fun and games in City Park, a hot dog contest and pie eating contest and more. More information is available here. *Alpine July 4th Parade* On July 4th, the Town of Alpine will have a parade at 2 p.m. More information about this will be posted on the Town of Alpine Facebook page. *20th Annual PIG NIC Fest with Screen Door Porch, The Lonesome Heroes, 86* Held at the Knotty Pine in Victor, this is a 4th of July celebration with tons of slow cooked pig and free music featuring 86 (12p), Austin's psych-country band The Lonesome Heroes (2p), and high-energy roots-rock/Americana with Screen Door Porch (4p). The event is open to all ages and runs from 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. *Pinedale Town Picnic and Concert* From 4 - 7 p.m. at American Legion Park in Pinedale, there will be fun and games in Pinedale for their annual Town Picnic and Concert. They encourage you to bring a dish to share and a blanket to sit on. Live music by the Jalan Crossland Band will entertain the crowd as part of the Soundcheck Summer Concert Series. Following the picnic will be fireworks. More details are here. Town Square Shootout At 6 p.m. in Town Square, watch a lively reenactment of frontier justice on the Jackson Town Square in what is the longest, continuously running shootout show in the country! Jackson Hole Rodeo Starting at 8 p.m., the rodeo is happening at the Teton County Fairgrounds. The 4th of July Rodeo is a fine western tradition and a wonderful way to spend an evening as the sun sets over the Teton Range. for more information. *Alpine Fireworks* On July 4th, the Town of Alpine will have a fireworks show at dusk. More information about this will be posted on the Town of Alpine Facebook page. *Concert on the Commons and Fireworks* On July 4th, the music starts up with the Jazz Foundation of Jackson Hole at 4:00 p.m. in the Village Commons at Teton Village. Grand Teton Music Festivals Music in the Hole audio feed from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., followed by Calle Mambo, bringing a high-energy, Latin and Salsa music to the stage. Another round of fireworks follow, starting at 10:00 p.m. *Live Music and Fireworks in Driggs* Spend the evening in Driggs on July 4th and enjoy a community picnic (BYO) and live music from Moose Gumbo, Big Hole Brass and The Cadillacs on the City Center lawn from 6 - 9 p.m., then migrate over to the parks north of the county courthouse (plenty of free parking provided by Huntsman Springs along Primrose St) and watch the huge 20 minute fireworks show starting at 10:20 p.m. Fireworks at Snow King Starting at 10 p.m., enjoy fireworks shows at two locations: the base of Snow King Mountain in the Town of Jackson.
