Start Up Intensive Grads Present their New Companies

(Jackson, Wyo.) - Tonight, the recent graduates of the Start-Up Intensive (formerly Start Up Institute) will talk about their new companies and reveal their first hand experiences in the class. The Spring 2016 Start Up Institute Graduates, along with Start Up Institute Instructors Sandy Hessler and Liza Millet will speak during the Silicon Couloir Chance Meetings event at The Rose. "Come hear about the exciting businesses of the Spring 2016 graduates of the Silicon Couloir/Central Wyoming College Start Up Institute. This aspiring group of entrepreneurs will discuss their businesses and what they've learned through the program," said Silicon Couloir in an email. Start Up Intensive is a partnership between Silicon Couloir and Central Wyoming College. It's an in-depth entrepreneurial training program designed to provide participants with proven tools, frameworks and skills that winning companies utilize to launch successful business ideas. This program has graduated 80 participants in the last three years and provides a unique opportunity for anyone starting a new business venture or building on an existing business to create a lasting foundation for success. The most recent spring program included a drone company, a social services non-profit, a food delivery network, several media companies, an art gallery, a handyman business, a pet services company and more. Start Up Intensive Program Director Liza Millet states, “It’s like a condensed MBA program, entirely focused on your business idea and your growth as a CEO.” The Fall 2016 class will run from Oct 7 - Dec 11.
