Palisades Wilderness Wildflower Walk is Happening Tomorrow

(Jackson, Wyo.) - Join the Wyoming Wilderness Association and Susan Marsh, author and artist, on a wildflower hike tomorrow, Thursday, July 14 at 9 a.m. through the Palisades Wilderness Study Area. "We will view wildflowers along the way and learn about the essential role they play as part of the diverse vegetation in the Palisades," said the organization in a release. The trek will lead hikers to the Black Canyon overlook and Mount Elle, and provide them with a good overview of the entire Study Area. This hike will be moderately difficult and roughly 4 miles round-trip. Wyoming Wilderness Association encourages you to get outside and take advantage of the wild spaces and solitude that make our state special.
