Chaz on the Plaza launches new spring menus highlighting fresh, seasonal ingredients
Executive Chef Joseph Cizek introduces all-new entrées, starters, salads, lunch and brunch items
KANSAS CITY, Mo. (April 19, 2018) – Chaz on the Plaza, the signature restaurant of the historic Raphael Hotel, launches new, seasonal menus to kick off spring. Created by Executive Chef Joseph Cizek, the menus debut all-new entrées and introduce a selection of new starters, salads, lunch and brunch items.
Chaz on the Plaza regularly updates its menus to highlight local ingredients and seasonal produce at the peak of freshness and flavor. Favorites on Chaz’s new dinner menu include Moroccan Lamb, Seared Scallops, Shrimp Scampi and Pan Roasted Salmon with fresh produce like asparagus, strawberries, green beans, radishes and spring peas.
