Central Wyoming Basketball recap, both men's and women's teams split games

Paulus added 18 for the CWC Women. In men's action, Thursday the Rustlers defeated Northwest Technical 74-73 in a nail biter played in Cheyenne at Laramie County Communitiy College. Nicholas Anderson was the Rustler's leading scorer with 21 points and Justice Augmon added 14. The men then fell to the host LCCC Golden Eagles 77-74. Four Rustlers hit double figures in the game, including a double-double from Justice Augmon with 20 points and 10 rebounds. Nicholas Anderson and Marcus Nolan each scored 11 points and Brannon Cresanto had 10. This Wednesday the CWC women host Snow College at 7 p.m. at Rustler Gym and on Friday they travel to Scottsbluff to play Colby Community College. On Saturday, the CWC woman will play at Western Nebraska CC. For the men, they play Friday night at Utah's Snow College and then Saturday play at Utah State-Eastern.
