Dispatch: Child abuse under investigation; Vehicle vandalized in Lander

All persons cited or arrested are presumed innocent until convicted in a court of law. *Riverton Police Department* *Arrests/Citations:* *Joshua Branson*, 24, Riverton, Probation Revocation *Gary Moon*, 35, Fort Washakie, Contempt of Court *Calls:* There were 23 calls for service on Tuesday. Two school bus fly-bys were reported yesterday, one at Riverton High School and the other in the 1000 block of College View Drive. Police are awaiting video from the school bus garage. Another pornographic image was found in the vicinity of Sunset Park, this time on a building in the 800 block of South Second West. Two child abuse or neglect cases were reported on Tuesday. Both are under investigation. Two 6-year-old males exited their school bus at the wrong drop-off point and didn’t know how to get home. They flagged down a motorist who called police. The kids' parents were notified, and they came and picked up the boys. *Fremont County Sheriff's Office* *Arrests:* *William Lacey*, 63, Dubois, Failure to Appear. *Calls:* At 8:12 a.m., a caller in the Riverton area reported fraudulent charges to his checking account. An insufficient funds check was reportedly written to the Fremont County Treasurer yesterday. A 28-year-old Jackson man was cited for Possession of Marijuana after being contacted by a deputy in Dubois. At 11:54 p.m. on Tuesday, a woman on the 5500 Riverview Road reported seeing strange people there looking in the window. Deputies found no one in the area. At 2:19 a.m. on Wednesday, a caller on the 1500 block of East Monroe reported someone banging on their window. No one was found in the area. *Lander Police Department* *Arrests/Citations:* *Matthew Boller*, 34, Lander, Trespassing, Property Destruction and Peace Disturbance. He was arrested after police were called to a home on Canyon Street for a broken window and damaged screen door. *Jessica Norse*, 27, Lander, Bond Violation. *Calls:* A report of harassment is under investigation. At 11:08 a.m., a caller at an unreported location said that someone vandalized their vehicle. The car appeared to have been severely keyed on the passenger side. Damage estimate was $1,400. At 2:06 p.m., a caller on North Third reported that she thought her ex was breaking into her home and taking pictures. The report was documented. *Fremont County Ambulance* EMS crews responded to eight calls for service on Tuesday. *Fire Departments* Midvale firefighters responded to a wreck and Riverton firefighters responded to a grass fire. #county10 #news
