LVHS Project Graduation 2015 a huge success

(Lander, Wyo.)- The new 2015 LVHS graduates enjoyed an all night lock-out for Project Graduation the night of May 17th with $100+ prizes, food, and memories that they won’t soon forget. The event started at 10 p.m. and ended around 5 a.m, with activities like mechanical bull riding, sumo wrestling, jousting, laser tag, runway modeling, fear factor and hungry hungry hippo. Prizes like mountain bikes, flat screen TV’s, microwave ovens, mini refrigerators and a car were donated or offered at cost by businesses and then given away to the new graduates. Each graduate walked away from the event with a prize worth $100 or more. Matthew Pickinpaugh was the lucky winner of the car that was donated by Fremont Motors. Mrs. Deidre Meyer directed the event, and many senior parents worked together to make the event possible. Multiple junior parents helped out as well to plan the event, and prepare for Project Graduation next year. “Project Graduation 2015 was a complete success,” said Joe Meyer, a math teacher at LVHS. “We look forward to another incredible night next year for this year’s juniors!” [image: IMG_10301.jpg] *Joe Meyer / Pitchengine Communities* *Feature photo: A car prize given away at the LVHS Project Graduation 2015, Joe Meyer / Pitchengine Communities* #county10 #sponsored #fremontmotors
